How to return/ exchange work?

The shop policy for return / exchange
It is important that you get an accurate wrist measurement of your wrist size before placing an order.
2. If you need an adjustment or a resize of your band contact me using the Etsy convo. Contact me within the first 3 days of receiving the item. Please ship it back with a tracking number and order number.
3. Costs are associated when we have to make an adjustment or a resize. Please select the appropriate listing for your adjustment or resize.
4. A cost is associated with a return/restock. We charge a fee of $8.00.

How much for a resize?

If you order a wrong size and want to size up or size down.
We will charge $8 fee for a resizing with includes first class shipping back to you.
( You have to send it back to me and with the order number)

How Watch Adapters/ Connectors return?

While the Watch Adapters / Connectors associate products, so for the there product return. We charge $ 4 for handling cost.
If you are not sure what watch connectors fit your watch, you can email us in case you make a mistake.

I haven't received my items. What should I do?

Recently, some the packages have shown arriving late, and you may confused what is going on. If your package has this situation happened,the package is late but not lost.
If this situation has more than 10 business days, please contact us ASAP. Thank you!

I have ordered the wrong items. What should I do?

If you ordered the wrong items, please contact us.
You can exchange the wrong items to the correct items; however, while these are handmade products, so we will charge $8 for the exchange.

If you want to return, we also charge $8. Thank you!

The package shows "delivered " but I didn't receive it

If your package shows "delivered " but I didn't receive it. While the package has shown "delivered " At this point, we encourage you to contact your LOCAL post office,and your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery.

What should I do?

I measured my wrist correctly, but the band doesn't fit me

If you ordered a band, the size is too big or too small.
Please measure your wrist tightly and send me your measurement.
If you measured correctly, and ordered the right size, but I didn't send you a right size of the band..
I will replace a new band for you.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

NOTE: Do not return defective items. Your return will be denied and no refund will be issued. If you received a defective item. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
